Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

This is a full-time position in our Asquith group home. As a Support Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting clients to develop and maintain independence, advocating for their individual needs, delivering personalized support, transporting clients safely, and monitoring their well-being.

Requirements
  • A relevant qualification or experience in caring, disability support or a related field.
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).

  • A guaranteed annual salary of $80,000 FTE when penalty rates are included.
