We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology solutions for seamless data integration in the education sector.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) where you will provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting, utilizing your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting
  • Log and prioritize support requests using a ticketing system
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues efficiently
  • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Manage user accounts, including creation, modification and deactivation
  • Ensure compliance with security policies
  • Install, upgrade and maintain computer hardware and software
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree and a minimum of two-three years' experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
