Senior Financial Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis that drives business performance.

This is a mid-senior level role that involves working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver high-quality financial information.

The key responsibilities of this role include preparing and analysing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, contributing to investment decisions, and business cases with clear financial modelling.

You will also help shape a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork, supporting and driving monthly management accounting and month-end processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in finance or business (CPA or CA required)
  • 2-5 years' experience in a finance function, ideally in retail or a similar fast-paced industry
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and financial modelling
  • Ability to visualise data and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
