Corporate Valuations Advisory Role

This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in core business valuations and client engagement management across diverse industries. You will be responsible for providing transaction-focused valuation advice, including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis, and capital management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial modeling and data analysis to support investment decisions
  • Prepare independent expert reports and fairness opinions on transaction terms
  • Perform purchase price allocations and fair value reporting for infrastructure and PE funds
  • Provide corporate finance and M&A advice, covering cost of capital, capital management, and deal value analysis

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in financial modeling, project management, and preparing client deliverables
  • Ability to provide strategic advice and guidance to stakeholders
  • Excellent consulting capabilities and client relationship skills
  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar
