Senior Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Financial Modelling team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for applying financial analysis to help business leaders make informed decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the construction of sophisticated financial models for analysis, transaction structuring, and finance raising.

The role involves understanding client requirements, mapping key processes, designing and building financial models, and delivering final output.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full carriage of matters from start to finish, supporting clients throughout the decision-making journey
  • Developing and/or leading the construction and review of financial models
  • Providing general advice to private and public sector clients on financial feasibility studies and investment cases

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A university degree in a related discipline, such as Business/Commerce, Accounting or Finance
  • Relevant professional qualification(s)
  • Experience building, maintaining, and reviewing financial models in a commercial setting
  • Credible track record of structured finance transactions (project finance experience desirable)
  • Strong interest in business development and client engagement
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and competency in other Microsoft Office software
