About Our Team

We are a technology-enabled boutique debt advisory firm, specialising in securitisation, structured debt and special situations across public and private mid-market companies. Our focus is on designing and executing structured funding solutions to address complex corporate finance scenarios.

Your Role

You will work closely with our team of analysts and associates on a range of mid-market transactions across special situations, corporate debt, acquisition finance and structured finance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Managing Directors and working directly with clients on deal pitches and origination materials
  • Compiling financial models, credit papers and information memorandums for transactions
  • Performing financial modelling and analysis, with a specific focus on debt sizing and cashflow modelling
  • Providing support in the preparation of origination materials, market research and listed company analysis
