Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving expansion across the Eastern seaboard, overseeing distributor partnerships, and cultivating new business opportunities within mining, construction, manufacturing, and beyond.

  • Manage and grow a high-performing network of distributors
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business prospects
  • Provide education on product offerings and value propositions to partners
  • Conduct joint sales visits and customer presentations
  • Attend trade events, expos, and client meetings across the region
  • Deliver on ambitious sales targets and contribute directly to company growth

This is a hybrid position with a home base in Thomastown, VIC, requiring flexibility for remote work and frequent travel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, including territory or channel management
  • A proven track record in a multi-channel sales environment
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confidence to operate independently while being a team player
  • A passion for customer service and solution-based selling
  • Experience in industrial, environmental, or safety products will be highly regarded.
