
Regional Business Development Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving expansion across the Eastern seaboard, overseeing distributor partnerships, and cultivating new business opportunities within mining, construction, manufacturing, and beyond.
- Manage and grow a high-performing network of distributors
- Identify, engage, and convert new business prospects
- Provide education on product offerings and value propositions to partners
- Conduct joint sales visits and customer presentations
- Attend trade events, expos, and client meetings across the region
- Deliver on ambitious sales targets and contribute directly to company growth
This is a hybrid position with a home base in Thomastown, VIC, requiring flexibility for remote work and frequent travel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, including territory or channel management
- A proven track record in a multi-channel sales environment
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confidence to operate independently while being a team player
- A passion for customer service and solution-based selling
- Experience in industrial, environmental, or safety products will be highly regarded.
