Job Title: Marketing Campaign StrategistEstimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:The Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement team at CareSouth is expanding. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, developing, and implementing strategic marketing and communications campaigns to build CareSouth's brand awareness, promote our services, and support our clients.
This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders across various marketing and communications disciplines to ensure effective and efficient campaign delivery.
You will be a hands-on professional who combines campaign coordination and tactical execution for ongoing skills development.
The Successful Applicant Will Have:- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, and Communications or a similar discipline;
- Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing and communications campaigns across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to present solutions and use initiative;
- Proven ability to coordinate various marketing disciplines for campaign delivery – communications, media relations, events, digital, advertising, and more;
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality, strategic communications and creative assets;
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team and prioritize competing tasks to meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and maintain effective, collaborative working relationships;
- Proactive approach to professional development and a commitment to continuous learning;
- Willingsness to undergo a National Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check clearance.
