The Role
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dedicated Campaign Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement team in a full-time, permanent capacity.
The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, coordinating, developing, and implementing strategic marketing and communications campaigns to build CareSouth's brand awareness, promote our services, and support our clients.
The role works with internal and external stakeholders across various marketing and communications disciplines to ensure effective and efficient campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Media, and Communications or similar discipline.
- Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing and communications campaigns across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to present solutions and use initiative.
- Proven ability to coordinate various marketing disciplines for campaign delivery – communications, media relations, events, digital, advertising, and more.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality, strategic communications and creative assets.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team and prioritise competing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and maintain effective, collaborative working relationships.
- Proactive approach to professional development and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Will to undergo a National Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check clearance.
Desirable
- Proficiency in a CRM system.
- Experience managing a team.
- Agency or client-model experience.
