About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Racing and Wagering Western Australia. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our head office building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute research, scoping, organization, implementation, and follow-up compliance for facilities coordination.
  • Manage outsourced arrangements for head office facility maintenance, ensuring contractors meet expectations.
  • Plan and program all preventative maintenance under contract, ensuring timely completion.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external parties.
  • Coordinate internal helpdesk Jira job ticketing system and respond to head office/internal inbox management requests in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Assist in creating innovative new ways of working in an agile environment.
  • Understand and comply with WHSE requirements, developing support processes for work tasks and eliminating workplace hazards.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working in a facilities/buildings management environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A passion for project management and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including building management, security, and access systems, and data management systems.
  • WHS certifications, such as Permit to Work, Working at Heights, and OSH IV certification.
