**About the role**

You will be responsible to support the Power Station Operations Manager and operations team to effectively support the Energy power generation sites by coordinating and tracking of the maintenance activities across all power generation assets

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintenance coordination and tracking of all power generation sites within the Energy department
- Prioritise maintenance activities to ensure availability is optimised, whilst complying with statutory obligations, company HSE requirements and within budgetary constraints
- Assist with logistics in order to ensure people, equipment, parts and materials are available
- Provide regular feedback and status updates on maintenance activities and plant conditions
- Build working relationships with contractors and parts manufacturers/suppliers to ensure the business is fully supported and activities are coordinated effectively
- Assist with the mobilisation of contractors, suppliers and other MRL staff to site
- Ensure Critical Spares are catalogued, maintained and that inventory items are kept up to date
- Raise Purchase Orders for preventative and defect maintenance requirements
- Arrange, coordinate and schedule logistics for preventative and defect maintenance
- Work closely with the MRL Energy Engineering team to ensure all components and resources are available for onsite and offsite works
- Assist with the building of standards and procedures for the efficient and reliable operations of all power stations and associated renewable energy sites
- Support the develop and implementation of a preventative maintenance culture
- Creation and communication of the maintenance schedule for all relevant sites
- Aid in the development of operational budgets by supplying forecasted maintenance
- Help identify and secure suppliers, parts and materials with the aim of maintaining reliability and reducing costs

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Valid WA motor vehicle driver licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Previous experience working with a multi-disciplined team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and have a flexible “can do” attitude
- Understanding of asset management principles
- Use of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook; Pronto or other such Management System(s)
- This is an Osborne Park office-based role - however, ongoing ad-hoc site visits will be required to support the operations team (including randomized DAS)
