Regional Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our stores and drive performance to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across multiple locations.
  • Ensure showroom floors feature in-stock best sellers, tailored to specific store needs and sales history.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
  • Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), coach store managers, and address performance gaps effectively.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
  • Develop and implement training programs to elevate team performance and ensure ongoing professional growth.
  • Analyze sales, financial, and operational reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage escalated customer complaints and uphold Workplace Health and Safety standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager or equivalent role in retail.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, product merchandising, and sales optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
