The ideal candidate will have experience in lending with expertise in home loans and strong knowledge of compliance regulations related to home loans. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, an outgoing and people-centric approach, and effective time management skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to individuals saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless experience
  • Staying up-to-date on compliance requirements
  • Conducting approximately 3-4 face-to-face appointments per day
  • Growing business within the branch
  • Coaching and mentoring the team

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience in lending with expertise in home loans
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations related to home loans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing and people-centric approach
  • Effective time management skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
