In this role, you'll partner with customers to provide expert guidance on their home loan possibilities, oversee end-to-end lending processes, and cultivate strong connections with both new and established clients.

  • Offer bespoke advice and guidance to customers on NAB's home loan offerings.
  • Manage the entire lending process to ensure seamless and exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients.

We're looking for individuals with a proven track record in home lending, a deep understanding of lending products and the mortgage industry, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
