The Business Growth Manager - Spirits is a key role responsible for driving and nurturing the premium spirit portfolio. The primary goal is to enhance commercial partnerships with On Trade and Retail partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer decisions by collaborating closely with On and Off Premise customers, spending time in trade, and engaging in constructive dialogue.
- Analyze and maximize territory performance by adapting and implementing business strategies to suit customer needs.
- Present creative and commercial strategies to customers and brand educational sessions in an engaging and informative manner.
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related field.
- Experience in a selling role, account management, luxury selling environment, planning, and time management.
