Key Responsibilities

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for proactively approaching customers to spark conversations, share the story of our premium spirits, and convert interest into sales.

  • Offering guided tastings to create memorable brand experiences

  • Operating systems and tools, and managing daily set-up and pack-down outside trading hours

Requirements

We are looking for a results-driven individual with:

  • Proven sales experience in luxury retail or pop-up environments
  • Excellent communication skills to confidently engage with customers
  • Flawless grooming and professional presentation to represent a premium brand
  • A valid RSA certificate
  • Availability on weekends and flexibility for varying shifts
