Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has experience in procurement, preferably in ground or rail transport, and strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in procurement, sourcing or supplier management
  • Knowledge of transport or logistics operations and industry dynamics
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience leading tenders and negotiations with subcontractors or carriers
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a pragmatic approach
  • CIPS/MCIPS or tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business or a related field (desired)

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
