Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in maximizing the efficiency of all truck movements and associated goods distributions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, strategize, and plan for optimal daily usage of all trucks and servicing of stores and donors;
  • Accommodate new stores and services into the run capacity of the truck fleet as requested;
  • Maintain and update standard tasks in runs & schedules as required;
  • Change routings to accommodate emergency and other ad-hoc changes to daily runs as required;
  • Create runs that maintain benchmarks for pick-ups, drop-offs, and deliveries for each of the trucks in the fleet.

You must have the ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex and rewarding logistics environment. A high-energy, hands-on individual with a proven track record in providing extraordinary customer service is essential.
