Reinventing waste for a better tomorrow.The RoleOur Sunshine North team are seeking a proactive and organised Logistics Coordinator to manage the scheduling of people and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal resource use.Your ImpactStep into a role where your presence makes the difference, scheduling out people and plant with speed and precision, while fostering the cohesion that unites people and projects.Your Every DayAnswer as first point of call all incoming operations phone calls, providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customersEnsure plant and labour supplied meets any site-specific requirementsPlan, prioritise and allocate works received from project managers and clients including required resources, maintenance scheduling and future works forecastingSchedule and oversee regular maintenance and inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they meet safety standardsMaintain accurate records of all asset maintenance, driver schedules, and personnel training related to site obligations, ensuring these are accessible for audits or inspections.Who are you?
Candidate must hold a current Drivers LicenceMinimum of 3 years' experience in a Logistics and Operational Scheduling roleProficient Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and other role appropriate IT softwareAbility to multitask and prioritise operational needs dailyProven track record in scheduling assets and resources to achieve specific timeframes and deliverables.A career with usSycle is an equal opportunity employer.
