About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfilment Workflow Coordinator to join our team at REA Group. As a key member of our Fulfilment Solutions team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of programs, processes, and tools that enable our Fulfilment team to effectively drive solutions for our adoption of REA products.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide fast, timely, and accurate administrative support and problem-solving related to customer product onboarding and adoption for the Customer Success Team. You will work closely with stakeholders such as Product Managers, Sales Enablement Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Support Manager and Customer Support Managers to align on customer and/or product journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify tiered customers and delegate tasks to Onshore/Offshore teams dependent on tiered status
  • Manage and set stakeholder expectations
  • Initiate and manage notification and escalation processes
  • Oversee the scope of current and future workload
  • Work with stakeholders to align on customer and/or product journeys
  • Stay aligned with Go-to-Market strategies and initiatives, identify where Fulfilment Solutions is impacted and can lean in

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence co-workers from multiple disciplines on a daily basis
  • Ability to set priorities, accomplish objectives in a timely manner, and manage several projects at once
  • Self-starter able to scope and deliver on key projects with little or no supervision
  • Logical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfort in working with a variety of CRM and in-house systems
  • General problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Someone who thrives working as a part of a team with colleagues who are equally passionate about the customer experience
