Job Title: HSE Coordinator

Fulfill a critical role as an HSE Coordinator with Fetch Recruitment, supporting a Tier 3 Commercial builder in Melbourne. This position involves collaborating with project teams and contractors to ensure seamless integration with HSE software platforms, such as Hammertech.

The Role:
  1. Develop and implement effective HSE strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  2. Forecast and procure necessary project HSE supplies, guaranteeing project teams have the necessary resources to fulfill their responsibilities.
  3. Collaborate with management, project teams, and contractors to provide support and guidance on safety and environmental responsibilities.
  4. Assist in reviewing essential data and reports, contributing to the development of strategies to address identified weaknesses.
  5. Enhance employee HSE training by contributing to the development and delivery of internal programs.
  6. Engage in risk management practices, ensuring quality management through the maintenance of records and documents related to health, safety, and environmental matters.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role.
  2. Certificate 4 in OHS or Diploma in OHS.
  3. Experience working within construction, preferably in a commercial setting.
  4. Proficiency in using Hammertech.
