Fulfill a critical role as an HSE Coordinator with Fetch Recruitment, supporting a Tier 3 Commercial builder in Melbourne. This position involves collaborating with project teams and contractors to ensure seamless integration with HSE software platforms, such as Hammertech.

The Role:
- Develop and implement effective HSE strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Forecast and procure necessary project HSE supplies, guaranteeing project teams have the necessary resources to fulfill their responsibilities.
- Collaborate with management, project teams, and contractors to provide support and guidance on safety and environmental responsibilities.
- Assist in reviewing essential data and reports, contributing to the development of strategies to address identified weaknesses.
- Enhance employee HSE training by contributing to the development and delivery of internal programs.
- Engage in risk management practices, ensuring quality management through the maintenance of records and documents related to health, safety, and environmental matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar OH&S/WHS/HSR role.
- Certificate 4 in OHS or Diploma in OHS.
- Experience working within construction, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Proficiency in using Hammertech.
