The Impact You'll Make

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling communications that spark meaningful conversations, coaching our Account Managers to deliver exceptional results, and driving engagement metrics forward. Your mission will be to propel 200+ newly acquired businesses from 'who are they?' to 'we couldn't live without them.'


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Become the architect of our comms calendar, designing engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Craft copy that sings, from captivating subject lines to thought-leadership pieces that showcase your expertise.
  • Orchestrate event invitations and VIP gifts that delight and deepen relationships.
  • Champion data-driven decision making, tracking NPS, stack-attainment, and engagement metrics to inform our strategy.
  • Uplift others by creating templates, playbooks, and quick-hit training to empower our AM team's outreach efforts.
