**Key responsibilities of this role include**: - Support the RHF Industry and Community Education (ICE) program to deliver strategic objectives for key audiences and realise RHF benefits. Provide high level advice to senior leaders and program staff on customer insights, issues and opportunities, and engagement practices consistent with IAP2 standards. Coordinate customer experience practices, including journey mapping, customer feedback analysis, and service design. Recommend improvements in quality evaluation methods and procedures to enhance overall service delivery by RHF staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities, determine strategic direction for customer segmentation, and design customer experience initiatives. Develop communication and engagement products such as training packages, website information, and other materials in line with RHF's engagement strategy and the department's communication and engagement requirements. Communicate and engage with stakeholder groups on behalf of RHF within department guidelines. Coordinate and manage community and stakeholder engagement forums, including communication with community groups, organisations, and government agencies, and providing authoritative advice to stakeholders. Assist on, build and deliver resilience education content for industry and community. Foster a positive working environment that embraces and promotes the values of equity, diversity, respect and inclusion.
