Job Role:

We are seeking a Team Engagement Leader to spearhead the management of a team of professionals.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the team is motivated, skilled, and consistently delivering exceptional results across various portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:

  • People Management – driving team engagement through surveys, feedback, and building a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Performance Enhancement – conducting reviews, delivering training, and creating tailored development plans to uplift team capability.
  • Workforce Planning Expertise – managing onboarding, resource allocation, and ensuring the right coverage across functions and geographies.
  • Operational Leadership – leading a team to consistently deliver against performance targets.
  • Change Management Agility – guiding the team through new processes, technologies, and adoption with confidence.

  • Proven capability in program coordination, commercial project management, and/or like role expertise.
  • Knowledge of recruitment models.
