Customer Engagement Specialist

As a key role in our organization, this position focuses on fostering connections between our customer-facing and support teams. The primary objective is to enhance key metrics across event participation, internal social media engagement, and pulse engagement survey scores.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective communications strategies aligned with Group and Retail Bank objectives.
- Oversee the execution of the Retail Communications Plan to engage customer-facing teams.
- Design programs, materials, and coaching initiatives to support leaders in adopting positive change.
- Plan and deliver engaging communications campaigns aligned to the change and transformation calendar.
- Create communications materials and experiences tailored to each brand persona.
- Strong personal and professional communication skills.
- Virtual and in-person event management expertise.
- Experience using digital and traditional communications channels.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
