Mobile Maintenance Specialist

This role is for a skilled tradesperson to maintain and repair mobile mining equipment.

  • Maintain and repair a fleet of autonomous haul trucks and ancillary equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
  • Evaluate and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance and contribute to a strong safety culture
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
  • Work with team members to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
Requirements
  • Trade qualification in mechanical fitting or heavy diesel fitting
  • Minimum 2 years post-trade experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in mechanics, fault finding, and diagnostics on various types of mobile mining equipment
  • Experience with 793F & 797F Haul Trucks, 994H Loaders, M Series Graders, and D Series Water Carts
  • OEM experience is highly valued
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to quality and safety
