Job Description:
A Business Development Manager is required to drive business growth by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Build networks and opportunities in QLD.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the commercial property industry.
  • Existing relationships with real estate occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other key industry professionals would be highly advantageous.
