Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. Our purpose is straightforward: connecting individuals with useful spaces.
As a key member, you will be responsible for filling sites with customers, identifying and securing new business opportunities, building lasting partnerships, laying the groundwork for future growth, and owning deals from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filling sites with customers ranging from individuals needing parking spots to corporations requiring multiple bays across multiple locations.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across commercial parking, event parking, and short-term leasing of office, commercial, and industrial space.
- BUILDING STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH PROPERTY OWNERS AND CLIENTS THAT LAST BEYOND THE INITIAL TRANSACTION.
- Laying the groundwork for future growth by working with developers and property groups on site acquisitions and activating new locations.
- Owning the deal process from prospecting to closing, negotiating, and onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales or business development experience, preferably with knowledge of property, parking, or commercial leasing.
- The ability to build trust quickly and confidently over the phone and in person.
- A proven track record of creating and closing opportunities across various client types.
- A growth mindset and the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where everyone wears multiple hats.
