Our organization is seeking a seasoned Facilities Coordinator to oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works across client sites within contractual service level agreements and KPI requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To establish strong working relationships with various client contacts
  • To maintain and update compliance records and documentation as needed
  • To manage contract aspects, including purchasing orders and vendor training as required
  • To prepare reports as requested by the facilities management team
  • To support mail room and front of house operations occasionally
  • To assist with kitchen duties, including supplies and maintenance

Requirements:

  • A customer-focused approach with ability to communicate at all levels
  • Experience in customer service and/or front of house/client facing in a professional environment
  • Exposure in facilities management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook
