This is an exciting opportunity to join our facilities team as a Building Services Officer. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing support with facilities requests and ensuring they are actioned appropriately within service timeframes. You will also travel to various office locations to provide support as required.

One of the key aspects of this role is working closely with the Building Services Team Leader to manage day-to-day work activity and train and develop a team of Building Services staff. This will involve overseeing office systems such as mail distribution, security pass control, and stationery, as well as managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.

To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years hands-on experience in an office supervisor or facilities role. Experience in project management and coordination of small works, repairs, and maintenance is desirable. You should also have excellent communication and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
