About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Central Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our store network, focusing on delivering operational excellence and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Analysis and Trending: Provide timely and beneficial trending analysis to drive commercial outcomes, aligned with our key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Operational Reporting: Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting suite to support operational requirements and KPI delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct a critical review of all store and central operations processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Operational Activity: Manage operational activity and ways of working, ensuring alignment with our store activity planner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational impact.
  • Store Stock Process: Collaborate with our Loss Prevention team to manage the stocktake process end-to-end.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a retail environment
