Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Revenue Optimization to join our team at Talenza.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and profitability through innovative pricing strategies, leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will lead a team focused on developing and implementing dynamic pricing models, staying responsive to evolving market conditions and business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies that enhance growth and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop forecasting models and pricing impact analysis.
  • Leverage AI and ML to improve pricing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing strategies and ensure data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Maths, Engineering, Science, IT, or Commerce.
  • 8+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, or revenue management roles, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in data-driven pricing strategies within a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Skilled in data warehousing, data governance, data security, and privacy.

Salary Range:

$180,000 - $220,000 per annum (base salary), plus superannuation.
