We're seeking a skilled People and Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on people systems and administration, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HRIS, supporting compliance and administrative processes, and enhancing the everyday experience for our team members.

As a key member of our team, the successful applicant will collaborate closely with the People and Culture Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance systems, streamline processes, and elevate team member engagement. They will also contribute to the development of meaningful connections across the business and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years in a generalist HR administration or coordinator role
  • HRIS Systems: Experience with implementation or administration
  • Fair Work Knowledge: Strong understanding of Fair Work and Award interpretation, especially in retail/hospitality
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and organization
