Job Title: Senior IT Business Analyst

The Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for providing strategic analysis and insights to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, business analysis, and project management. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.\
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.\
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that meet their needs.\
  • Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to ensure pay modelling is accurate and reflects what has been paid to employees.\
  • Ensure compliance with industrial instruments, relevant payroll legislation, and EA provisions.\
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll & Time and Attendance queries and issues.\
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information.\

  • You're an experienced professional with a strong understanding of complex environments and a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.\
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\
  • You are able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.\
  • You have experience working with data models and processes, and are able to interpret awards, EBAs, and industrial instruments and apply these to time keeping systems.\
  • You have a strong capability in using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, and are able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\
