Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as technical requirements owner for projects.

About You

  • A Certified Business Analyst with 7 years of relevant experience is required.
  • In-depth health systems upgrades experience within the healthcare sector is necessary.
  • Experience in designing operational business processes is expected.
  • Analytics solution design experience in complex projects is needed.
  • Technical/system analysis experience focusing on non-functional requirements is expected.
  • Managing requirements lifecycle and identifying gaps in operational processes is crucial.
  • Proficiency in designing workflow diagrams using MS Visio is necessary.
  • Stakeholder engagement and validation experience is required.
  • Knowledge in project and product management is beneficial.
