**Job Overview**

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst Role

As a strategic partner to our sales leaders, the Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving business success through data-driven insights and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely analytics, providing business acumen, and implementing operational changes to inform sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and execute actionable plans, leveraging expertise in sales operations, business analysis, and data visualization.
  • Provide weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Own business inspections, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quarterly business reviews, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Develop and implement sales territories and quota settings, fostering growth and optimization.
  • Identify operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions, streamlining business processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Ensure system integrity in Salesforce, recommending enhancements to improve consistency, reporting, and process efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent an asset.
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Clari, Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven experience with sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, territory/quota planning, and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
