Commercial Leasing Role

This is a key position within our property management team, responsible for overseeing the administration and management of commercial leases across our diverse portfolio.

You will be tasked with maintaining accurate lease data, assisting with documentation and approvals, managing lease renewals and rent escalations, and coordinating with tenants, landlords, and legal representatives.

  • Prior experience in the property sector and a solid understanding of commercial lease terms are essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines are crucial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively liaise with internal teams, tenants, landlords, and legal representatives
