Job Title: Senior Leasing Operations Manager Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing firm that offers innovative technology solutions to customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring expectations are consistently met. You will work closely with our Regional Manager to achieve business outcomes and develop strategies to enhance personal growth and career development within the wider sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the vehicle leasing/transport sector and possess excellent stakeholder management skills, with a strong attention to detail and results-driven approach. Responsibilities include: 
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and sales escalations
  • Drive customer & sales initiatives to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ensure expectations are deliverer consistently
  • Compile and generate sales data and analysis
  • Partner with the Regional Manager to ensure business outcomes are achieved in line with expected KPI's
  • Lead and mentor wider sales team to enhance personal growth and career development
  • Reflect and analyse areas for business growth and development
  • Stakeholder management across all business levels.
 Required Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Experience Customer Experience professional
  • Advantageous to have experience in the vehicle leasing/transport sector would be highly regarded but not essential or Industry experience commercial motor vehicles
  • Leading and coaching to build a high performing culture

  • Ensuring team KPI's are met through management

  • Assisting with the overall strategy of operations and ad hoc projects
