Chief Energy Storage Project Lead

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering energy storage projects, driving growth and sustainability in renewable energy sources, and ensuring grid stability.
This position requires technical expertise, superior project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, sustainable energy solutions.
The Project Manager leads the execution of projects to achieve successful completion, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
This includes safely and sustainably delivering on time and on budget, identifying and reducing project risks, and proactively identifying enhancement opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the battery energy storage project from NTP through to successful handover to operations.
- Coordinate internal and external functional contributors, contractors, and partners.
- Build relationships with design and construct partners, equipment providers, and other partners throughout the Project Delivery phase.
- Provide leadership and guidance in project planning to the entire organization.
- Proactively collaborate with customers, suppliers, partners, sales, and senior management to ensure full life cycle project deliverables are met.
- Participate in business improvement projects, documenting and communicating initial project plans and any changes to the plan.
- Achieve time, quality, and financial performance targets, implementing plans to exceed targets and maintaining customer and project team satisfaction.
With experience working in a matrixed and virtual environment, this autonomous and pragmatic individual will drive project success and contribute to the organization's ambitious growth strategy.
