Energy Storage Project Director

This is a challenging position requiring a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in leading end-to-end delivery of utility-scale battery energy storage projects.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across all project phases.
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and commercial functions to deliver project milestones.
- - Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, providers, and delivery partners to support the success of projects.
- - Provide strategic oversight and leadership across planning, design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning activities for battery projects.
- - Ensure health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards are met throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- - Lead risk management and contractor prequalification processes, and oversee high-risk activities to ensure safe and efficient execution.
- - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned and refining project delivery methodologies.
- - Ensure project performance meets or exceeds time, quality, and financial targets, while maintaining high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
