Sales Business Developer

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with clients, sourcing new business opportunities, and proactively meeting sales targets.
Your Key Activities Will Include:

- Prospecting to generate leads through calls and canvassing for potential opportunities
- Managing enquiries in liaison with the Director
- Attending appraisals, listing presentations, open homes, and private inspections
- Buyer call backs following open homes
- Vendor reporting and feedback
- Attending photoshoots, building and pest inspections, property valuations, measuring of properties, and pre-settlement inspections
- Database management and owner/ buyer/ tenant management
- Photography (MSLR & Drone), editing Photoshop content, and creating marketing brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
- Signage design, printing, and installation
- Updating whiteboards/status of properties
- Uploading new listings, price adjustments, and updates in Rex
- Managing keys and logging in/out of Logitout
- Attending weekly sales meetings
