Business Development Manager - Process Automation

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia is hiring for a Business Development Manager - Process Automation role in Brisbane, Queensland. The role focuses on selling Process Automation Solutions to new customers, building long-term relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Grow the FUJIFILM Process Automation business unit by securing new customers and identifying opportunities across the corporate sector.
  • Cross-sell and upsell through relationships across FUJIFILM divisions and operating companies, including co-selling with strategic software vendors and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, strategic software vendors and partners.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to monthly revenue goals.
  • Run solution demonstrations with prospective customers, generate proposal agreements and negotiate complex sales cycles.
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement, sharing knowledge and trends within the digital transformation journey.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in B2B sales of business solutions, software or services with complex sales cycles and solution selling.
  • Finance automation experience (e.g., AR, AP, cash flow management) and digital forms/process automation.
  • Knowledge of corporate business processes (workflow automation, bottlenecks, enterprise content management) preferred.
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in developing net-new logo business.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and relationships; ideally with consulting-led sales methodologies.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives undergoing digital transformation.
