  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform decision-making and provide valuable insights to managers.">
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of project data, including budget information, team performance, and production metrics.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.">
  • Share best practices and knowledge across the organization to enhance project delivery frameworks and standards.">
  • Work closely with Change Leads and Program Managers to ensure effective change management activities.">

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a leadership or project delivery role.">
  • 5+ Years of Agile project delivery experience while acting as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.">
  • Extensive experience organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies, such as sprint and release planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos, and other related events.">
  • Agile experience preferably gained in large-scale, complex client environments across multiple industries.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others.">
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.">
