Project Support Officer Role

This is a full-time permanent position as part of our team.

You will have the opportunity to commence your HR career with comprehensive on-the-job training provided.

The role involves working behind the scenes on high-profile Government campaigns.

You will support our clients with their recruitment processes at various stages, including consolidating reports, assessing candidate applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews, attending and taking notes during interviews, reviewing and quality assuring interview reports, and completing reference checks.

We are seeking a skilled graduate with strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to present professionally at all times. The ideal candidate will be able to complete and review work for high-profile recruitment processes and maintain confidentiality when accessing sensitive information.

To be eligible for this role, applicants must be an Australian citizen willing to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
