Project Coordinator
Job Description:As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of infrastructure projects across Australia. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of performance and safety.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Key responsibilities include:
Leadership and Coordination- Leading project delivery from development and planning to completion
- Implementing governance frameworks as set by the organisation and client
- Managing subcontractors and direct reports
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A trade qualification and/or tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- A minimum 5 years' experience managing infrastructure projects, ideally in the electrical or utilities space
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and reporting
- Solid understanding of safety standards and public space work environments
