We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project management group, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to project teams and developing and maintaining schedules to measure and record progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deadlines.
  • IDentify potential project schedule delays, reporting and escalating issues as needed.
  • Prepare project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and coordination with project managers and team members.
  • Support the project team with development, implementation, monitoring, delivery, and evaluation of all project aspects.
  • Coordinate project meetings, scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes, and documenting outcomes.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management and/or experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK).
  • High-level organisational and time management skills, managing competing priorities and delivering accurate work on time.
  • Strong organisational skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software such as MS Project and other Office supporting software.
