Learning Officer

We are seeking a skilled Learning Officer to join our specialist learning hub.

The role involves:

  • Assisting with the delivery of digital and blended learning products.
  • Providing technical support and advice to users and administrators of our learning management system.
  • Supporting the broader work and priorities of the Digital Learning and Learning Design teams.

NV1 is desirable, but Baseline will be considered.

Essential experience required:

  • Experience with delivery and administration of digital learning solutions.
  • Experience providing technical support to users and/or system administrators.
  • Experience engaging with internal stakeholders and working effectively as part of a team.

Desirable experience:

  • Experience managing a learning management system or providing system administration duties.
  • Experience developing and delivering digital learning solutions.
  • Experience using Acorn learning management systems.
  • Experience in multimedia design and support.
