Senior Civil Engineer

This is a skilled and challenging role in our civil team, where you will be responsible for designing, managing, and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities: Design management, project management, coordination of multidisciplinary civil projects within the roles of Job Manager and/or Lead Civil Engineer.
  • Culture Development: Develop a culture of outstanding delivery within the team including the development of workflow processes to take a design from feasibility to detailed design.
  • Mentorship: Providing coaching and mentoring to our young, enthusiastic team members with respect to your technical area of expertise as well as project planning and execution.
  • Business Development: Business development activities from the early identification of opportunities through to their active pursuit in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working on drainage or civil engineering projects, preferably having technical expertise in grading and drainage design. A particular focus on general civil projects will have developed your expertise in 3D Design (12D or Civil 3D), Design Management and Bid writing/tendering.
