Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary civil projects from feasibility to detailed design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in project management and design management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor junior team members.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia or equivalent Professional Society.
  • Civil engineering experience from a consulting environment, preferably working on drainage or civil engineering projects.
  • Technical expertise in grading and drainage design.
  • Strong links to the Victorian market with expertise in 3D Design (12D or Civil 3D), Design Management and Bid writing/tendering.
