Job Title: Lead Civil Design Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver projects, collaborating with technical specialists and liaising with clients and design management teams.
  • Undertake designs using Civil 3D or 12D, including geometric design, stormwater, utilities, and earthworks.
  • Develop expertise in business operations, including budget and revenue management.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking, and consulting skills.
Required Qualifications:

You will be a near- chartered civil engineer with a strong track record in a consulting engineering environment. You will have experience in 3D design software, gained in residential/industrial land development or highways. You are self-motivated, strive for technical excellence, and exceed client expectations. You are passionate about developing and motivating others, ensuring the team works collaboratively to meet project deliverables.
